Please read the following terms carefully before submitting your registration — by registering, you agree to comply with these conditions.
| Event Setup & Pack Down |
| Pack-in is from 7:00am each day. All stalls must be set up and ready by 8:30am. You may leave your stall setup overnight. Security will be onsite, but valuables are left at your own discretion. Pack-out can begin after 3:30pm on Sunday, once foot traffic has eased. |
| Stall Requirements |
| Please bring your own table (maximum width 1.8m) and any screen dividers or displays you wish to use. NOTE: We are not permitted to hang anything on the walls. No tables or equipment will be provided on-site except for chairs. Stallholders are responsible for bringing their own float or change. No public Wi-Fi is available — EFTPOS or payment devices must use your own data connection. |
| Promotion & Marketing |
| To ensure a successful event for everyone, please share the official event flyer on your social media pages. A flyer and promotional materials will be sent to you with your registration confirmation. |
| Cancellations & Refund Policy |
| Cancellations made 30 days or more before the event will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 30 days of the event are non-refundable, as advertising and planning costs will have been incurred. Exceptions may be made at Northland Holistic Expo’s discretion under special circumstances. |
| Site Allocation |
| Sites will be allocated by Northland Holistic Expo (NHE). Spaces are available on a First-In, First-Served (FIFS) basis. We are unable to hold or reserve spaces without confirmed registration and payment. |
| Rubbish & Clean Up |
| Please ensure your site is left tidy. All rubbish must be removed at the end of each day. |
| Stall Fee |
| We have endeavoured to keep the stall fee down to a minimum so stalls are $35 for each full day, which means $70 for the weekend or $140 for both Kerikeri and Kaikohe. This payment must be made to our account before we can successfully hold the space for you. Account details will be emailed to you after you complete the registration form |
| Code of Conduct |
| All participants are expected to contribute to a respectful, positive, and uplifting event environment. By taking part, you agree to: - Treat all visitors, fellow stallholders, and event staff with kindness and respect. - Conduct your business with honesty, integrity, and professionalism. - Maintain a peaceful and inclusive atmosphere that aligns with the holistic and community-focused values of the Expo. - Refrain from any behaviour, language, or activity that may be disruptive or disrespectful to others. - Follow any requests or directions from event coordinators to ensure safety and harmony throughout the event.
